  • Scheduling information. Details you provide when you book a call with our team.

  • To respond to inquiries, run searches for employers, and match candidates with roles.
  • To share a candidate's background with a prospective employer, only for roles the candidate has discussed with us.
  • To schedule and manage calls, maintain our records, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

We share information with prospective employers as described above, and with service providers who help us operate, including our website host (Squarespace) and our customer relationship and scheduling platform (HubSpot). These providers process information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law.
